We also collect information about your clients that you enter into the platform, including names, email addresses, birthdays, and closing dates. We use this information solely to provide the Client Concierge service on your behalf.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Client Concierge service; to send automated emails to your clients on your behalf; to process payments through Stripe; and to send you service-related communications. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
As a real estate agent using Client Concierge, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients before entering their information into the platform. We store client data securely and use it only to send communications on your behalf as configured in your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for database storage and Stripe for payment processing, both of which maintain their own rigorous security standards.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (database and authentication). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing the use of your data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@client-concierge.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@client-concierge.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
